M. Pierre-Marie Boisson, 1st Vice-President, holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Management (MSM) by Arthur D. Little's Management Education Institute and a BS in Civil Engineering from the State University of Haiti. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SOGESOL, a microfinance company, a subsidiary of SOGEBANK. It is also the chief economic adviser of the Board of SOGEBANK Board Member of SOGEXPRESS, another subsidiary of SOGEBANK in the field ofremittances, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Foundation SOGEBANK. He had to work for two years with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). He has substantial experience in project finance and economic analysis, both nationally andinternationally. |

Charles Clermont, 2nd Vice-President of the Board of Directors, is an engineering graduate of INSA Toulouse. He also holds an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. .After acareer in engineering started in Colombia, he spent twenty years in the Haitian financial system, a position of Director of Credit of SOFIHDES than CEO of SOGEBANK Group. Since 2000, he devoted himself to developing business as a consultant and as an investor. Heremains active in the field of public policy, including trade agreements and regional integration,advising the President of the Republic in such fields. He collaborated with his wife and friendsat an institution (IDEO) dedicated to education and leadership development of human resources. |

Claude Apaid, Treasurer of the Board of Directors, holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York. He is the President of ACN (Alpha Communications Network) and the SpectrumSubcontracting Services, with over 30 years experience in the area of "outsourcing" withcompanies in the industrial group Alpha. Claude Apaid has respectively been a member of the Board of Directors of the Sogecarte and Sogebank. Currently, he is also a member of the Boardof Directors of Polaris SA and the Haitian Association for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications (AHTIC). |

M. Lesly O. Gervais, Secretary General of the Board of Directors, holds a degree in Marketingand Management and a Masters in Finance and Investments from the George Washington University. He completed his education with a specialization in SMEs at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales et Economiques in Port-au-Prince. Mr. Gervais has extensive banking experience. He began his career at Citibank as a credit officer over the years to become Director of Credit Commercial and Industrial. He had to work with the Banque de l'Union Haitiennne as Executive Director and with the SOGEBANK as Director of Enterprise, Director of Special Loans and trainer in trade credit. Mr. Gervais is also treasurer of the Board of CINA,President of the CINA Foundation, Credit Consultant for la Banque de l'Union Haitienne and Financial Consultant of the Mevs corporation. |

Me Louis M. Desrouleaux, a member of the Board of Directors, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from University of Miami and a law degree from the State University of Haiti. He has worked in business as Executive Vice President of a manufacturing plant care productsand cosmetics. He has lent his services to the Presidential Commission for the Modernizationof Public Enterprises, working on a draft law on non-possessory pledge and the modernizationof the system for recording and transcript of the General Tax Directorate. He is currently anactive lawyer, member of the Bar of Port-au-Prince, specializing in business law and bankingsecurity. |

He is a senior partner of SUNAUTO SA, a company distributing car in Haiti, with brands such as Chevrolet, Honda and Hyundai. He is Treasurer ofthe pharmaceutical firm Maison Apollon S.A. and is Chairman of the Board of Directors ofSoley Sounds, a music production company and owner of Radio 1. He is a member of theboard of directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti.. |
