Thony Moïse, General manager, he holds a degree in Business Administration with specialization in accounting, from the University of State of Haiti. He has also completed specialized training in banking and financial management and in management of food companies and risk management. He holds a diploma from the CIFPB (Centre International deFormation de la Profession Bancaire) and a DESS (Diploma of Specialized Studies) in Management from the University of Paris I - Sorbonne, with a concentration in Banking.

He successively held the positions of credit officer, senior credit officer, Director of SOFIHCONSEIL/ Sofidata, Deputy Chief of party, before being appointed on January 20, 2011, the position of General Manager of SOFIHDES.

Joseph Kady Louis-Charles,Deputy Director of Credit, studied in the fields of Economics and Accounting Sciences. He joined the SOFIHDES in August 1998 after having served as an Officer of Credit in a commercial bank instead. Professor for several years for business schoolsin Port-au-Prince, he has acquired some experience in the transmission of knowledge, whichmakes him a wise guide for entrepreneurs.

Ernest Bernadel, Chief Financial Officer, is a graduate in Business Administration withspecialization in Accounting Sciences from the State University of Haiti (INAGHEI). He startedas head of the stock of ELMECO, and then joins the team of SOFHIDES as Assistant Accountant. Her seriousness and professionalism have earned to be promoted to ChiefAccountant in February 1995, then. Chief Financial Officer in June 2008.

Serge Richard PETIT-FRERE, Head of the Marketing and Quality Department, has anacademic background in Administration with a specialization in SME management. Early in hiscareer, he opted for coaching and business development projects. He has thus worked todevelop several projects and operate several studies. He is also Professor at the University.

Hejoined SOFIHDES in October 2004 after completing a Master in Entrepreneurship and Development Project at the University of Rennes in France. He started as a SME Officer, inwhich he worked largely on developing new products, programs and services to Small and Medium Enterprises. He became in May 2008, Director of Marketing and Quality.

Director of SOFITRAINING, has an academic background in law completed at State University of Haiti. She had to sell his services to the Ministry of Mines and Energy Resources where she served as Director of Personnel. Following this experience, shelaunched her own company, specializing in the sale of articles for women. This adventurelasted almost a decade. Always looking for improvement, she undertook further studies in 2008and obtained the degree of Master of Science, Option International Studies at the University ofMontreal. She's been acting as Director of SOFITRAINING since January 2009.
