The Integrated Program for Entrepreneurial Management
The Integrated Program for Entrepreneurial Management (IPEM) is for business owners and their staff and professionals and others, seeking to better understand the dynamics of business management.
More theoretical than Business Edge © workshops, these courses also include modules not offered under that program or directly related to the Haitian reality (business law, labor law, taxation, for example).
This program was designed following the request made by professionals and small business owners, encountered in our seminars or during other events.Professionals (doctors, lawyers, engineers, architects, accountants ...) are beginning to understand that they are also business leaders and not only technicians and that they must possess in order to better monetize their activity, knowledge of basis in various areas of management.Without turning to experts, they want to be able to manage more efficiently and with greater efficiency.
Small business owners, meanwhile, answered, generally, the main characteristic of this group. These are mostly technicians, formerly employed at a firm because of their technical competence and who one day is before what Michael Gerber calls "the entrepreneurial seizure." They then create their business, but often, none have mastered the technical aspect. We want to offer them as part of IPEM, the means of understanding and mastering the entrepreneurial aspect and the managerial aspect of business management.
We want to empower them to be more effective, more efficient and profitable.
